Zeds Deadが15年のキャリアを祝う「Journey of a Lifetime Tour」を2026年夏に開催することを発表しました。カナダの人気デュオは昨年のアルバム『Return to the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness』の成功を受け、ツアーは彼らの初期楽曲にちなんだ名称となっています。北米の15都市でレッドロックスを皮切りに、モントリオール、トロント、マイアミ、ロサンゼルスなど主要会場で開催される最大規模ツアーです。ALLEYCVT、Daily Bread、Whethanなど豪華サポートアーティストが各公演に登場します。プレセール開始は3月11日、一般販売は3月12日からとなります。

アーティストが自分たちのサウンドを進化させながらも、俺がファンになった時の根本的なテーマを保ち続けているのを聞くのは本当に良いね。Zeds Deadは本当に自分たちのやり方を貫いている。流行りのサウンドに乗っかってる感じは全くなくて、ただ良い魂のこもった素晴らしい電子音楽だ。このアルバムは本当に良い雰囲気を持ってる。
It’s really refreshing to hear artists evolve their sound while still retaining the core themes that made me first become a fan of theirs. Zeds Dead really is doing their own thing. No trendy sound of the moment stuff here, just good soulful electronic music. Album is a real vibe.
ベースミュージックシーンにはZDのクオリティと同じレベルにいるプロデューサーはそんなに多くない。G JonesやEPROMくらいかな。だけどこのアルバムは最高だ。
Not too many producers in the bass music scene even in the same league as ZD quality-wise. Maybe G Jones/EPROM. But this album is excellent.
