スウェーデンの プロデューサーCrackazatが4枚目のアルバム「Sun」を5月15日にFreerange recordsからリリースする。先月の「Pick Me Up」に続き、2曲目のシングル「Whatchu Say」を発表。本曲は80年代ブリットファンクやラテンジャズの影響を受けた レトロなソウル・トラック で、感染的なピアノリフが特徴。Crackazatの個性的なファルセット・ボーカル、ライブベース、ドラマー/プロデューサーのTamez Dolevとのコラボレーションが光る。ジャズ作曲の正式な訓練に基づいた精密な音作りで、温かみとクラフトマンシップを両立。最新作「Sun」はジャズ、ハウス、ヒップホップ、ソウル、ファンクを融合した最大規模のアルバムとなる見込み。

Sounds very Moderat? Which is not bad although, as a single, it isn’t doing too much for me without the context of the album. I’m sure it’ll grow on me though and I’m excited for more.
